       The Committee on Appropriations (Gibson) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 300 and 301
    4  insert:
    5         (6) The department and Enterprise Florida, Inc., shall post
    6  all proposals and applications for grants on their websites. The
    7  information must include scoring criteria and results,
    8  recommendations for funding, the amount of the award, project
    9  start and completion dates, and the final contract and
   10  agreement.
