       Senator Farmer moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (713918) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 18 and 19
    5  insert:
    6         Section 2. For the 2017-2018 fiscal year, $30 million in
    7  recurring funds from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to
    8  the Department of Education for the Gardiner Scholarship Program
    9  established under s. 1002.385, Florida Statutes.

   12  And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete line 32
   14  and insert:
   15         Education Finance Program and the Gardiner Scholarship
   16         Program; providing effective dates.
