       Senator Grimsley moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 686
    4  and insert:
    5  s. 381.986, Florida Statutes 2014, pursuant to paragraph (e).
    6  Within 12 months, all processing facilities of medical marijuana
    7  treatment centers licensed subject to this paragraph shall pass
    8  a Food Safety Good Manufacturing Practices, such as Global Food
    9  Safety Initiative or equivalent, inspection by a nationally
   10  accredited certifying body. A medical marijuana treatment center
   11  that fails to meet this requirement must immediately stop all
   12  processing until it provides notice to the department that these
   13  standards have been met.
