    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 23 - 24
    4  and insert:
    5  in vehicles that which are owned or leased by the licensee or
    6  that are under the licensee’s control and direction pursuant to
    7  a contract with a third party with whom the licensee has
    8  contracted with to make
