       Senator Stewart moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1047 and 1048
    4  insert:
    5         Section 22. Subsection (84) is added to section 320.08058,
    6  Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         320.08058 Specialty license plates.—
    8         (84)ORLANDO UNITED LICENSE PLATES.—
    9         (a)The department shall develop an Orlando United license
   10  plate as provided in this section and s. 320.08053. The plate
   11  must bear the colors and design approved by the department. The
   12  word “Florida” must appear at the top of the plate, and the
   13  words “Orlando United” must appear at the bottom of the plate.
   14         (b) The annual use fees from the sale of the plate shall be
   15  distributed as follows:
   16         1.Seven percent shall be distributed to the Mental Health
   17  Association of Central Florida, Inc., to be used for marketing
   18  of the license plate.
   19         2.Thirty-one percent shall be distributed to the Mental
   20  Health Association of Central Florida, Inc. Of this amount, up
   21  to 5 percent may be used for administrative expenses, and the
   22  remainder shall be used to offer free personalized counseling to
   23  any person affected by the shooting at the Pulse nightclub in
   24  Orlando on June 12, 2016.
   25         3.Thirty-one percent shall be distributed to onePULSE
   26  Foundation, a charitable, nonprofit organization under s.
   27  501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Of this amount, up to 5
   28  percent may be used for administrative expenses, and the
   29  remainder shall be used to support the construction and
   30  maintenance of the onePULSE Foundation Memorial.
   31         4.Thirty-one percent shall be distributed to Two Spirit
   32  Health Services, Inc. Of this amount, up to 5 percent may be
   33  used for administrative expenses, and the remainder shall be
   34  used to offer free personalized counseling to any person
   35  affected by the shooting at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando on
   36  June 12, 2016.

   46         of the plates;
