       Senator Rouson moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 78 - 84
    4  and insert:
    5         4.a. As soon as practicable, but no later than August 1,
    6  2018, the department shall license four additional medical
    7  marijuana treatment centers that meet the requirements of this
    8  section.
    9         b. Within 6 months after the registration of 100,000 active
   10  qualified patients in the medical marijuana use registry, the
   11  department shall license four additional medical marijuana
   12  treatment centers that meet the requirements of this section.
   13  Thereafter, the department shall license four medical marijuana
   14  treatment centers within 6 months after the registration of each
   15  additional 50,000 100,000 active qualified patients in the

   22         Agriculturalist Association-Florida Chapter; requiring

   26         specified number of medical marijuana treatment
   27         centers within a specified timeframe after the
   28         registration of a specified number of qualified
   29         patients in the medical marijuana use registry;
