       The Committee on Community Affairs (Perry) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 25 - 29
    4  and insert:
    5         (c) The governing body of a county authorized under this
    6  section or s. 553.80 to issue fees shall post its permit fee and
    7  inspection fee schedule on its website with a link to the
    8  building permit and inspection report required under s.
    9  553.80(7).
   10         Section 2. Section 166.222, Florida Statutes, is amended to
   11  read:
   12         166.222 Building code inspection fees.—
   13         (1) The governing body of a municipality may provide a
   14  schedule of reasonable inspection fees in order to defer the
   15  costs of inspection and enforcement of the provisions of its
   16  building code.
   17         (2) The governing body of a municipality authorized under
   18  s. 553.80 to issue fees shall post its permit and inspection fee
   19  schedules on its website with a link to the building permit and
   20  inspection report required under s. 553.80(7).

   23  And the title is amended as follows:
   24         Delete lines 3 - 6
   25  and insert:
   26         F.S.; requiring the governing body of certain counties
   27         to post its permit and inspection fee schedules and a
   28         link to the annual building permit and inspection
   29         report on its website; amending s. 166.222, F.S.;
   30         requiring the governing body of a municipality to post
   31         its permit and inspection fee schedules and a link to
   32         the annual building permit and inspection report on
   33         its website;
