       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Steube) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 118 - 122
    4  and insert:
    5  days after the execution of the assignment without a penalty or
    6  fee;
    7         (e) Prohibits any check or mortgage processing fee or
    8  administrative fee;
    9         (f) Provides that the insured may be responsible for
   10  payment for any work performed before the rescission of the
   11  assignment; and
   12         (g) Contains a provision, in 14-point boldfaced type, which
