       Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation, Tourism, and
       Economic Development (Gibson) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (565054) 
    2  
    3         Delete line 130
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) $8 million for an innovative mobility system within the
    6  jurisdiction of the Jacksonville Transportation Authority. In
    7  any fiscal year in which the Jacksonville Transportation
    8  Authority notifies the department that the Jacksonville
    9  Transportation Authority will not request all of the funds
   10  allocated under this paragraph for an innovative mobility
   11  system, the department shall allocate such funds to projects in
   12  the 5-year work program under s. 339.135 in the jurisdiction of
   13  the Jacksonville Transportation Authority and such funds shall
   14  be in addition to currently scheduled work program commitments
   15  in that area.
