       Senator Stewart moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 98 and 99
    4  insert:
    5         (85) ORLANDO UNITED LICENSE PLATES.—
    6         (a) The department shall develop an Orlando United license
    7  plate as provided in this section and s. 320.08053. The plate
    8  must bear the colors and design approved by the department. The
    9  word “Florida” must appear at the top of the plate, and the
   10  words “Orlando United” must appear at the bottom of the plate.
   11         (b) The annual use fees from the sale of the plate shall be
   12  distributed as follows:
   13         1. Seven percent shall be distributed to the Mental Health
   14  Association of Central Florida, Inc., to be used for marketing
   15  of the license plate.
   16         2. Thirty-one percent shall be distributed to the Mental
   17  Health Association of Central Florida, Inc. Of this amount, up
   18  to 5 percent may be used for administrative expenses, and the
   19  remainder shall be used to offer free personalized counseling to
   20  any person affected by the shooting at the Pulse nightclub in
   21  Orlando on June 12, 2016.
   22         3. Thirty-one percent shall be distributed to onePULSE
   23  Foundation, a charitable, nonprofit organization under s.
   24  501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Of this amount, up to 5
   25  percent may be used for administrative expenses, and the
   26  remainder shall be used to support the construction and
   27  maintenance of the onePULSE Foundation Memorial.
   28         4. Thirty-one percent shall be distributed to Two Spirit
   29  Health Services, Inc. Of this amount, up to 5 percent may be
   30  used for administrative expenses, and the remainder shall be
   31  used to offer free personalized counseling to any person
   32  affected by the shooting at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando on
   33  June 12, 2016.
   34         (86) ORLANDO CITY SOCCER CLUB LICENSE PLATES.—
   35         (a) The department shall develop an Orlando City Soccer
   36  Club license plate as provided in paragraph (9)(a).
   37         (b) The annual use fees from the sale of the plate shall be
   38  distributed and used as provided in paragraph (9)(b).
