       Senator Stewart moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (384600) (with directory
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 1706 and 1707
    5  insert:
    6         (93)ORLANDO UNITED LICENSE PLATES.—
    7         (a)The department shall develop an Orlando United license
    8  plate as provided in this section and s. 320.08053. The plate
    9  must bear the colors and design approved by the department. The
   10  word “Florida” must appear at the top of the plate, and the
   11  words “Orlando United” must appear at the bottom of the plate.
   12         (b) The annual use fees from the sale of the plate shall be
   13  distributed as follows:
   14         1.Seven percent shall be distributed to the Mental Health
   15  Association of Central Florida, Inc., to be used for marketing
   16  of the license plate.
   17         2.Thirty-one percent shall be distributed to the Mental
   18  Health Association of Central Florida, Inc. Of this amount, up
   19  to 5 percent may be used for administrative expenses, and the
   20  remainder shall be used to offer free personalized counseling to
   21  any person affected by the shooting at the Pulse nightclub in
   22  Orlando on June 12, 2016.
   23         3.Thirty-one percent shall be distributed to onePULSE
   24  Foundation, a charitable, nonprofit organization under s.
   25  501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Of this amount, up to 5
   26  percent may be used for administrative expenses, and the
   27  remainder shall be used to support the construction and
   28  maintenance of the onePULSE Foundation Memorial.
   29         4.Thirty-one percent shall be distributed to Two Spirit
   30  Health Services, Inc. Of this amount, up to 5 percent may be
   31  used for administrative expenses, and the remainder shall be
   32  used to offer free personalized counseling to any person
   33  affected by the shooting at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando on
   34  June 12, 2016.
