       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 1618 and 1619
    4  insert:
    5         Section 51. For the 2018-2019 state fiscal year, the sum of
    6  $1,000,000 in nonrecurring funds from the Insurance Regulatory
    7  Trust Fund is appropriated to the Division of Funeral, Cemetery,
    8  and Consumer Services within Department of Financial Services
    9  for information technology needs.
