       Senator Flores moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Between lines 40 and 41
    4  insert:
    5         (v) Notwithstanding s. 320.023, the application form for
    6  motor vehicle registration and renewal of registration must
    7  include language permitting a voluntary contribution of $1 or
    8  more per applicant to the Live Like Bella Childhood Cancer
    9  Foundation. Such contributions shall be distributed by the
   10  department to the Live Like Bella Childhood Cancer Foundation.

   13  And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   14         Delete line 17
   15  and insert:
   16  (15) of that section is amended, paragraph (v) is added to that
   17  subsection, and a new subsection (14) is added to that

   20  And the title is amended as follows:
   21         Between lines 8 and 9
   22  insert:
   23         requiring the application form for motor vehicle
   24         registration and renewal of registration to include
   25         language permitting a voluntary contribution of a
   26         specified amount or more per applicant to the Live
   27         Like Bella Childhood Cancer Foundation; requiring the
   28         department to distribute such contributions to the
   29         Live Like Bella Childhood Cancer Foundation;
