       The Committee on Regulated Industries (Steube) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 553 - 557
    4  and insert:
    5         (17) “Vacation rental” means any unit or group of units in
    6  a condominium or cooperative or any individually or collectively
    7  owned single-family, two-family, three-family, or four-family
    8  house or dwelling that is rented to guests more than three times
    9  in a calendar year for periods of less than 30 days or 1
   10  calendar month, whichever is less, but that is not a timeshare
   11  project.
