       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 20 - 22
    4  and insert:
    5  claims.
    6         Section 2. For the 2018-2019 fiscal year, the sum of
    7  $1,159,440 in recurring funds from the Operating Trust Fund is
    8  appropriated to the Division of Administrative Hearings and
    9  associated salary rate of 870,392 is authorized for the purpose
   10  of implementing this act.
