       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (396932) (with directory and
    2  title amendments)

    4         Between lines 207 and 208
    5  insert:
    6         (11) SCHOOLS OF HOPE MANAGEMENT.—A hope operator or the
    7  owner of a school of hope may not serve as the principal of any
    8  school that he or she manages.

   11  And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   12         Delete lines 5 - 9
   13  and insert:
   14         Section 1. Present subsections (11) and (12) of section
   15  1002.333, Florida Statutes, are redesignated as subsections (12)
   16  and (13), respectively, a new subsection (11) is added to that
   17  section, and subsections (1) and (2), paragraph (a) of
   18  subsection (4), paragraphs (b), (g), and (i) of subsection (5),
   19  paragraph (a) of subsection (7), subsection (9), and paragraph
   20  (b) of subsection (10) of that section are amended, to read:

   24         Delete line 929
   25  and insert:
   26         that meet certain requirements; prohibiting a school
   27         of hope operator or owner from serving as the
   28         principal of a school of hope that he or she manages;
