    6  And the title is amended as follows:
    7         Delete lines 2 - 114
    8  and insert:
    9         An act relating to physician workforce development;
   10         amending s. 381.4018, F.S.; requiring the Department
   11         of Health to adopt any rules necessary to implement a
   12         specified federal program to further encourage
   13         qualified physicians to relocate to and practice in
   14         underserved areas;
