       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 2932 and 2933
    4  insert:
    5         Section 53. For the 2018-2019 fiscal year, the sum of
    6  $83,651 in nonrecurring funds is appropriated from the Insurance
    7  Regulatory Trust Fund to the Office of Insurance Regulation for
    8  the purpose of implementing this act.
