       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 753 and 754
    4  insert:
    5         Section 10. For the 2018-2019 fiscal year, $596,560 in
    6  recurring funds from the General Revenue Fund and $142,134 in
    7  nonrecurring funds from the General Revenue Fund are
    8  appropriated to the Department of Education to implement the
    9  provisions of this act.
