       The Committee on Children, Families, and Elder Affairs (Powell)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 179 - 181
    4  and insert:
    5  court working days after receiving a petition for voluntary
    6  placement for a patient age 17 or under a person under 18 years
    7  of age may be admitted for integrated facility services only
    8  after a hearing to verify that the consent to admission is
    9  voluntary.
