       The Committee on Appropriations (Braynon) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 87 - 94
    4  and insert:
    5  $2,639,043 for the relief of C.M.H. for the personal injuries
    6  and damages he sustained. After payment of attorney fees and
    7  costs, lobbying fees, and other similar expenses relating to
    8  this claim, the remaining funds shall be placed into an
    9  irrevocable trust created for C.M.H. for his exclusive use and
   10  benefit.
   11         Section 3. The Chief Financial Officer is directed to draw
   12  a warrant in favor of C.M.H. in the sum of $2,639,043 upon
   13
