       The Committee on Commerce and Tourism (Rodriguez) recommended
       the following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (394594) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 46 - 52
    4  and insert:
    5         (a) Is unavailable for work because the employee evacuated
    6  in compliance with a mandatory evacuation order;
    7         (b) Provided the employer with written notice prior to the
    8  expiration of the mandatory evacuation order; and
    9         (c) Returns to work within 72 hours after the mandatory
   10  evacuation order is lifted.
