The Committee on Health Policy (Passidomo) recommended the
following:

6 regardless of date of construction, must have an operational
7 carbon monoxide alarm installed which is approved by the Florida
8 Building Commission and which meets the requirements of s.

13 Delete lines 19 - 20
14 and insert:
15 to maintain an emergency power source and a supply of
16 fuel which meet certain criteria by a specified date
17 and requiring facilities to have a certain carbon
18 monoxide alarm installed which meets certain
19 requirements;
