       The Committee on Health Policy (Young) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 522 - 538
    4  and insert:
    5  established in s. 395.402(1), the determination of whether a
    6  trauma center that was not verified by the department before
    7  December 15, 2017, but was initially approved by the department
    8  in May 2017 to begin operations and is currently operating as a
    9  provisional Level II trauma center meets the application and
   10  operational requirements for a trauma center shall be governed
   11  by a final order from the department or, if appealed, an order
   12  from a court of competent jurisdiction.

   15  And the title is amended as follows:
   16         Delete lines 60 - 62
   17  and insert:
   18         requirements; providing that a certain order governs
   19         the determination of certain trauma centers;
