On Page: 070             Provides funding of $300,000 from nonrecurring 
                         general revenue funds in the Agency for Persons with 
Spec App:  296           Disabilities for The Arc Jacksonville, Inc., 
                         Transition to Community Employment Initiative, and 
                         reduces funding by the same amount in the Department 
                         of Children and Families for Fixed Capital Outlay 
                         (Senate Form 1565).
