On Page: 072             Provides $150,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the C.A.R.E.S. Replication Expansion 
Spec App:  313A          (Senate Form 1852) and reduces funding for Fixed 
                         Capital Outlay by the same amount in the Department 
                         of Children and Families.
