On Page: 064             Provides $50,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Northside Mental Health Center (Senate 
Spec App:  242           Form 1095) in the Department of Children and 
                         Families and reduces funding for the Home and 
                         Community Based Services Waiver in the Agency for 
                         Persons with Disabilities for the same amount.
