On Page: 202             Provides $1,000,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Walton County Water and Sewer along US 
Spec App: 1352A          Hwy 331 (Senate Form 1988) and reduces the same 
                         amount from the Transfer to Agricultural Emergency 
                         Eradication Trust Fund category in the Department of 
                         Agriculture and Consumer Services.
