On Page: 202             Provides $200,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Newnans Lake Improvement Initiative 
Spec App: 1352A          Phase III project (Senate Form 2490) and reduces the 
                         same amount from the Transfer to Agricultural 
                         Emergency Eradication Trust Fund category in the 
                         Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
