From the Federal Rehabilitation Trust Fund allocation, $3,472,193 shall be funded from Social Security reimbursements (program income) provided that the Social Security reimbursements are available. The State Plan for Independent Living may include provisions related to financial needs testing and financial participation of consumers, as agreed upon by all signatories to the plan.
