On Page: 081             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Miami-Dade County Homeless Trust - 
Spec App:  372           Diversion First Mental Health (Senate Form 2351) and 
                         reduces funding for Fixed Capital Outlay by the same 
                         amount in the Department of Children and Families.
