On Page: 101             Reduces $1,000,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds in the Department of Health for Federally 
Spec App:  502A          Qualified Health Centers (Senate Form 2056), and 
                         increases funding by the same amount in the Agency 
                         for Health Care Administration for a Prescribed 
                         Pediatric Extended Care rate increase.
