                         South Bay Emergency Shelter and Community Center 
Spec App: 2233A          (Senate Form 1811) in the Hurricane Loss Mitigation 
                         Category in the Division of Emergency Management, 
                         and reduces the same amount from the City of Pahokee 
                         Marina Improvements (Senate Form 1994) in the 
                         Economic Development Projects Category in the 
                         Department of Economic Opportunity.
