At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific 
Appropriation 1282, INSERT:

From funds in Specific Appropriation 1282 $1,457,309 in nonrecurring 
general revenue funds are provided to the Florida Coalition Against 
Domestic Violence to provide matching funds for a Victims of Crime Act 
grant to purchase and install generators for Florida's 42 certified 
domestic violence centers (Senate Form 2370).
