                         Services.

Following Specific Appropriation 1466A, INSERT:

Funds in Specific Appropriation 1466A are provided to the Department of 
Agriculture and Consumer Services for the purchase and maintenance of 
equipment necessary to coordinate the state's response for animal and 
agricultural issues in Florida in case of an emergency or disaster 
situation.
