Above Specific Appropriation 1210, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriations 1210 through 1220, the 
department shall conduct a comparison study of the workload demand, 
expense budgets, and staffing of the six crime laboratories that 
comprise the statewide criminal analysis laboratory system as well as 
the five county-operated crime laboratories designated in s. 943.35, 
Florida Statutes.  The study results will be published in a report that 
will include recommendations to address any funding needs indicated by 
the comparison study.   A copy of the report shall be submitted to the 
Governor, President of the Senate, and Speaker of the House by February 
1, 2019.
