Spec App: 3121           list by $1,500,000 and funds the Everglades 
                         Restoration Agricultural Community Employment 
                         Training Program in s. 446.71, F.S., in the 
                         Workforce Projects Category in the Department of 
                         Economic Opportunity for the same amount.

The  nonrecurring funds in Specific Appropriation 2178A are provided for
the  Department  of  Economic Opportunity to contract directly with Home
Builders Institute - Building Careers for Veterans (Senate Form 2077).

AND INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 2178A, $400,000 of nonrecurring 
general revenue funds is appropriated for the Department of Economic 
Opportunity to contract directly with Home Builders Institute - Building 
Careers for Veterans (Senate Form 2077).

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 2178A, $1,500,000 of 
nonrecurring general revenue funds is appropriated to fund the 
Everglades Restoration Agricultural Community Employment Training 
Program established in section 446.71, Florida Statutes. The Department 
of Economic Opportunity must enter into a grant agreement directly with 
the requester of funds and the institution receiving funding through the 
program.
