On Page: 198             Provides $883,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Legal Services Clinic of the Puerto 
Spec App: 1297           Rican Bar Association, Inc. to provide pro bono 
                         legal services.  It reduces the Department of 
                         Juvenile Justice's fixed capitol outlay by the same 
                         amount.
