On Page: 101             Reduces $200,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds from the Department of Health for Fixed 
Spec App:  482           Capital Outlay and provides funding in the same 
                         amount in the Department of Elder Affairs to 
                         purchase a bi-fuel generator for MorseLife Assisted 
                         Living Facility (Senate Form 2548).
