On Page: 083             Provides $200,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the construction of the Jerome Golden 
Spec App:  372           Center Level II Residential Co-Occurring Disorder 
                         Program (Senate Form 1062) in the Department of 
                         Children and Families and reduces funding by the 
                         same amount in the Department of Health for Fixed 
                         Capital Outlay.
