       Senator Flores moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Between lines 45 and 46
    4  insert:
    5         (v) The application form for motor vehicle registration and
    6  renewal of registration must include language permitting a
    7  voluntary contribution of $1 or more per applicant to the Live
    8  Like Bella Childhood Cancer Foundation. Such contributions shall
    9  be distributed by the department to the Live Like Bella
   10  Childhood Cancer Foundation.

   13  And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   14         Delete lines 22 - 23
   15  and insert:
   16  section, paragraph (a) of present subsection (15) of that
   17  section is amended, and paragraph (v) is added to that
   18  subsection, to read:

   21  And the title is amended as follows:

   23  and insert:
