       The Committee on Rules (Bracy) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         In title, delete lines 51 - 53
    4  and insert:
    5  Visa Waiver Program since November 1, 2012, and Taiwan passport
    6  holders are eligible to participate in the United States’ Global
    7  Entry Program as of November 1, 2017, becoming the third
    8  location in East Asia and the 12th worldwide to hold this
    9  privilege, reflecting the cooperation between the United States
   10  and Taiwan and making travel for business and tourism between
   11  the two more convenient, and
