       Senator Torres moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 94 and 95
    4  insert:
    5         (5) ANNUAL REPORT.—Beginning on February 1, 2019, and
    6  annually thereafter, the department shall submit a report to the
    7  President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of
    8  Representatives which includes all of the following information
    9  for the prior calendar year:
   10         (a) An audit of the network’s financial information to
   11  verify that at least 90 percent of contract funds were spent on
   12  pregnancy support and wellness services, as required in
   13  paragraph (3)(c).
   14         (b) Any sanctions imposed for noncompliance by the network
   15  on a subcontractor, as described in paragraph (3)(f).
   16         (c) All contract enforcement actions taken by the
   17  department, including, but not limited to, monitoring, requiring
   18  quarterly financial reports, and approving budgets.

   21  And the title is amended as follows:
   22         Delete line 17
   23  and insert:
   24         materials; requiring the department to begin
   25         submitting on a specified date an annual report to the
   26         Legislature which includes specified information;
   27         providing an effective date.
