       The Committee on Rules (Brandes) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 16 - 20
    4  and insert:
    5  smoking within a playground area in any public parks they own;
    6  counties may further restrict smoking within any designated
    7  facility that they own, as defined in s. 154.08; and school
    8  districts may further restrict smoking by persons on school
    9  district property. For purposes of this section, the term
   10  “playground” means an area in the park that is designated for
   11  children and has one or more play structures.

   14  And the title is amended as follows:
   15         Delete line 5
   16  and insert:
   17         the playground areas of certain public parks and
   18         designated facilities; defining the term “playground”;
