       The Committee on Community Affairs (Campbell) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 15
    4  and insert:
    5  smoking within the boundaries of any public parks they own;
    6  counties may further restrict smoking within any designated
    7  facility that they own, as defined in s. 154.08; and
    8

   10  And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete line 5
   12  and insert:
   13         certain public parks and designated facilities;
   14         providing an effective date.
