       The Committee on Commerce and Tourism (Young) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 23 - 25
    4  and insert:
    5  or an extension of credit for such purposes.
    6         (i) “Voicemail transmission” means technologies that
    7  deliver a voice message directly to a voicemail application,
    8  service, or device.

   11  And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   12         Delete lines 13 - 14
   13  and insert:
   14         Section 1. Paragraph (g) of subsection (1) of section
   15  501.059, Florida Statutes, is amended, a new paragraph (i) is
   16  added to that subsection, and subsection (5) of that section is
   17  amended, to read:
