       Senator Passidomo moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 203
    4  and insert:
    5  motor vehicle dealers licensed by the department. A motor
    6  vehicle dealer licensed pursuant to subparagraph (1)(c)1. which,
    7  as of July 1, 2018, is wholly owned by a manufacturer licensed
    8  pursuant to s. 320.61 and whose dealer license is revoked by a
    9  court or administrative order for reasons other than voluntary
   10  termination, failure to renew, or disciplinary action may
   11  continue to advertise motor vehicles of the line-make for which
   12  the dealer was previously licensed, including demonstrating
   13  those vehicles to consumers, provided that the sale or lease of
   14  such vehicles only occurs through a licensed motor vehicle
   15  dealer.

   21         “wholesale motor vehicle dealer”; providing that
   22         certain motor vehicle dealers who have their motor

   25         circumstances; deleting the
