    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 1137 - 1143
    4  and insert:
    5  records, including confidential and exempt information or
    6  records, which pertain to the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High
    7  School shooting and prior mass violence incidents in Florida
    8  being reviewed by the commission and that are necessary for the
    9  commission to carry out its duties. Information or records
   10  obtained by the commission which are otherwise confidential and
