       The Committee on Appropriations (Stargel) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (240726) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 1995 and 1996
    5  insert:
    6         Section 23. Subsection (4) is added to section 1003.44,
    7  Florida Statutes, to read:
    8         1003.44 Patriotic programs; rules.—
    9         (4) Each district school board shall adopt rules to
   10  require, in all of the schools of the district and in each
   11  building used by the district school board, the display of the
   12  state motto, “In God We Trust,” designated under s. 15.0301, in
   13  a conspicuous place.

   17         Delete line 3504
   18  and insert:
   19         credits in electives; amending s. 1003.44, F.S.;
   20         requiring each district school board to adopt rules
