       Senator Passidomo moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (136072) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 368 and 369
    5  insert:
    6  
    7  By December 1, 2018, the State Courts Administrator shall make
    8  recommendations regarding the potential adjustment of county
    9  court jurisdiction to the Governor, the President of the Senate,
   10  and the Speaker of the House of Representatives. The
   11  recommendation must include an analysis on workflow, timely
   12  access to court by litigants, and any resulting fiscal impact to
   13  the state as a result of adjusted jurisdictional limits.

   18  and insert:
   19         inflation or deflation; requiring the State Courts
   20         Administrator to make certain recommendations to the
